If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website, we offer returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the products meet all the return conditions in accordance with our terms of purchase.

During specific holiday periods, we may offer extended return windows, which will be detailed on the website with a dedicated message.

Return Conditions

Before returning a product, please ensure the following conditions are met in accordance with our terms of purchase:

• The products you wish to return must be in the same condition as they were delivered and should be packed in their original packaging.

• The products must be intact and complete, unused, and undamaged in any way. All labels, tags, and security tags must be attached in their original position, along with any special packaging and accessories included.

• Incomplete, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.

Shipping Your Return

If you wish to return your purchased product, please get in touch with us and we will be glad to assist you with further information on where to ship your package.

Please note LA Threads does not cover the cost of returns.

Refund

Upon receiving your returned package, we will verify the condition of the items before accepting your return and authorizing a refund. This process may take up to 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or account used for the purchase, in the same currency. Please note that the refund will include the purchase price of the returned product(s), including sales tax, but excluding any original shipping costs, if applicable.

We will send you an Order Refund Confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Your account should be credited within a maximum of 7 days from the date of the refund, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
