Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days of the day you receive it. This is your legal right for online orders.

Free 30-day returns

We also offer free returns for 30 days from delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its dust bag and any packaging. [Conditions to confirm.]

How to return an item

Email info@lathreads.co.uk with your order reference and the item you want to return. We will send you the return address and instructions. Please send the item back using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.

Refunds

We refund the original price of the item, and the original delivery cost where it applies, once the returned item has been received and checked. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within [refund time to confirm] working days.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us straight away. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply and we will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover the return cost.
