Return Policy
LA.Threads Ltd. - Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website, we offer free returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the products meet all the return conditions in accordance with our terms of purchase. A return request must be submitted within 11 days of the order’s delivery date, and the items must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving your return number.
During specific holiday periods, we may offer extended return windows, which will be detailed on the website with a dedicated message.
Return Conditions
Before requesting a return, please ensure the following conditions are met in accordance with our terms of purchase:
The products you wish to return must be in the same condition as they were delivered and should be packed in their original packaging.
The products must be intact and complete, unused, and undamaged in any way. All labels, tags, and security tags must be attached in their original position, along with any special packaging and accessories included.
Incomplete, damaged, worn, or altered items will not be accepted.
If a product was provided with a security tag, the return will not be accepted if the security tag has been removed, broken, or damaged.
Fragrances must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.
The products must be shipped back using Royal Mail courier service.
The return must be made from the same location to which the order was delivered.
Please note that returns are not possible for permanently modified personalized products, as they have been specifically customized for our clients.
Requesting and Shipping Your Return
A Return Instruction Form PDF will be included with your order package to guide you through the process.
Refund
Upon receiving your returned package, we will verify the condition of the items before accepting your return and authorizing a refund. This process may take up to 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or account used for the purchase, in the same currency. Please note that the refund will include the purchase price of the returned product(s), including sales tax, but excluding any original shipping costs, if applicable.
We will send you an Order Refund Confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Your account should be credited within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the refund, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
In-Store Returns
Can I return my online purchase in a store?
Yes, you can return your online purchase in one of our stores. Depending on the situation, you will be eligible for an exchange, store credit, or a refund.
If you wish to exchange your order online, please contact our Client Service team. We will organize a return for your order and assist you in placing a new order via phone.
To Request a Return Number:
Log in to the Return section on the website or directly to your My Account.
Enter your order number and the email address associated with your original order.
Complete the online form with all the requested information, such as the details of the products, the exact quantity of items you wish to return, and the reasons for the return.
You will receive an email acknowledging your return request, and LA.Threads Client Services will contact you to organize a return pick-up within 24 hours.
To Ship Your Return:
Once a return pick-up has been arranged, LA.Threads Client Services will provide you with a prepaid shipping return label and courier pick-up information by email. Please print and affix the label to the outside of the return package.
