By using this website you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order.

We may change these terms at any time. The terms that apply to an order are the ones shown when you place it.

Products and prices

Each bag is handcrafted in Colombia from full grain leather, so small variations in colour and finish are part of the product.

Products are one-of-a-kind. Once an item is sold it is removed from the shop. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include delivery to UK addresses.

We may make mistakes on prices or descriptions. If we find one, we will tell you before dispatching the order and you can cancel it for a full refund.

Placing an order

Your basket is held in your browser. Your order is placed when you complete payment through Stripe Checkout. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.

We only sell to customers aged 18 or over, and deliver to UK addresses.

Payment

Payments are taken securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

Delivery is free by tracked Royal Mail within the UK. Orders are normally dispatched within [dispatch time to confirm] working days. Risk passes to you when the item is delivered to you.

Returns and cancellations

You can cancel an order and return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, as set out in the Return Policy. We offer 30 days from delivery to return an item, see the Return Policy for details.

Faulty goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, contact us at info@lathreads.co.uk.

Our website

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or available.

Content on this website, including photographs and text, belongs to LA.THREADS or is used with permission. Please do not copy it without permission.

Limits of liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not liable for indirect losses or losses that are not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although you may also bring a claim in the courts of your home nation.
